Zelda Ocarina of time time problems?

Isn't the "000" on the screenshot below suppose to show the time i have been playing? or is it for something else? I have only been playing long enough to get to the castle at the begining, but i have saved (normal in game save) and reset and the number is alwasy "000"
Whats is it?
(latest version of pj64 / all default plugins / only thing i changed was the sync audio setting)
