Legend of Zelda - Ocarina of Time save state request

I think I requested one quite some time ago, but I had some computer problems and am now using a new one, so the request is the same. I'm requesting a save state more or less after the Forest Temple and before the Fire Temple. I don't care about money or Gold Skultulas etc seeing I can just get those. Also, the save state can be while on the Forest Temple though preferably not too early seeing I hate it.

Hope you can provide me with the Save State.

PS: I forgot how to use them on the emulator, so if you can explain to me I'd appreciate it.
