New to all of this

I am trying to figure out how to save a zelda game and a majora game and be able to play back and forth. This may sound silly but I am about 2 days old to this emulator stuff. Can you save and play 2 games on the p64? Thanks!

Both native saves are named differently, and use a completely different save type as well. PJ64 cannot confuse the two.
