Rice Video plugin 6.1.1beta10

Hi there, after putting "Rice Video plugin 6.1.1beta10" With pj64 1.6 and 1964 0.9.9 and trying to change plugins I get these massages(by order)
"This application has failed to start because bmglib.dll was not found. re-installing the application may fix the problem"

"Cannot load plugin:Plugin Folder\RiceVideo.dll"

"This application has failed to start because bmglib.dll was not found. re-installing the application may fix the problem"

"Cannot load plugin:Plugin Folder\RiceVideoDbg.dll"
How can I solve this?

Put 'BMGlib.dll' in Project64 1.6 root.

where is the file bmglib.dll i have the same problem
