Cheats in Zelda OOT

I used the "infinite bombs" cheat at one point so i could access a secret area, but now it seems that the only way I can use bombs is with the "infinite bombs" cheat activated. No matter what I do, my bombs are always zero unless i turn the cheat on. Is there a way to fix this error, or am i doomed to cheat my way through the rest of the game.

yeah, meant to put that in there. Is it bad that the bomb bag shows up on the inventory screen? (just noticed that)

update: whether the lack of response is from not caring or because there is no solution, I'll just deal with it. thanks anyway
