how do i get past the bar in conker's bad fur day with only a keyboard and mouse?

if im not mistaken the problem that is listed in PJgamfaq relates to that solid rock bar where you have to piss that rock to the button, right?
well how can i do this with only a keyboard and a mouse? and with the virtual pad plugin (not nrage's). THANKS
