when I try to configure pj64 it says it cannot load rice video.dll

You have to bring .DLL files over from the 1964 folder to the PJ64 one. You can't just copy the plugin files in that case .- Modem

From the 1964 installation folder, there are some .dll files. Copy them over (don't know which specific ones at this moment, but copying them all should not hurt you). You're supposed to copy them over directly to the PJ64 folder itself (not in any subfolder). If you don't want any more files than you need, run PJ64, then whatever .dll files PJ64 gives you errors with, copy them over 1 by 1 'till it stops giving you errors.
