Re: Smash Bros. Won't Start!

It could be a corrupt file. I know it sucks but try downloading it again.

must be a bad dump you've got there.
I had no problems with either the US or JP version.

I can't figure out where GoodWindows 2.4 tell me the ROM is bad or not.

I check the ROM file against another ROM file that is the same. Yes, the first ROM was a corrupted.

Re: Smash Bros. Won't Start!

Open GoodWindows> Select N64, it'll ask for GoodN64. (Just browse for it)
Select the correct directory to scan be clicking on the appropriate folder on the bottom left. Click the rename button, and your roms will be renamed.

The correct rom will be Super Smash Bros (Region) [!]

If the rom has [b2] [t2] [o2] etc. it is a bad dump, and if the rom is not even detected (stays in your rom folder) but all your other roms are moved to the N64Ren folder, then it is an unknown bad/corrupt dump.

Smash Bros should give no Unhandled Op code errors.
