Yes, there is a N64 Master Quest rom available on the net ( dont ask for it here). As for the controls, its really simple. All you have to do is configure the controller plugin ( you can get the N64 emu plugins from ngemu download database, or you can check http://www.emulation64.com )

You can use your keyboard. You just need a controller plugin for PJ64 or 1964 so you can use your keyboard/joystick or whatever

Re: Zelda Ocarina of Time and Master Quest -

you can use a digitak controller or a keyboard, it just will have the max "push" it would have on the N64 controller..... think of it as an equivalence between the analog stick and the digitak pad of a PSX controller....

Edit: maybe the N64 saves are slightly big to fit on a floppy, but you can use a CD-RW for the job, and it will have no problems....

Re: Zelda Ocarina of Time and Master Quest -

You can use the same saves on a different computer, but it requires the same exact ROM. Some saves can't fit into 1.44mb, so sometimes you need a USB stick/ZIP/CD to transport saves.

The saves are located in %PROJECT64%\SAVE.

I didnt really get your point? you can configure all N64 buttons, analog and digital controls from here. You can configure and choose whatever keyboard key you want to use for each analog control.

Think this: The analog stick is on the keyboard by pressing more then one key at once. This yields like what, 8 possible directions. the Dpad is easy.
