Zelda Majora's Mask (small problem when the day changes)

I don't have any big problem playing the game normally, but there is one small one. When the bells start ringing & it's time for the day to switch the screen goes black & lags for a bit then switched back into the next day. Now I know what happens in the real game because I have it, but I gave it away so I'm playing on rom. The graphics get all wierd, and it's probably a big strain on my video card (my laptop came with a Geforce4 32mb & I don't care to upgrade). I just want to know if there is a plugin that works well with this problem?

This is a known issue - what plugin are you using now?

Re: Zelda Majora's Mask (small problem when the day changes)

Was using Jabo Direct 3d61.5.1 before, but I'll try this glide64 one. Thank you!
Edit: Can't get glide64 to work. First it asked for glide3x.dll, so I hunted that down. Got it, threw it in system32 (windows xp). Glide64 let itself be selected after that, but when I try to run a game project64 get's an access violation. I never found an installer, just the glide wraper. Guess I'll just stick with my old dll unless anyone can direct me to a site with an installer or something?

Re: Zelda Majora's Mask (small problem when the day changes)

You have to put all the files the files in the correct places to get it to work.

-Download eVoodoo 3.99 Beta first
You can get it here:

http://www.emutalk.net/showthread.php?threadid=14284

-The zip contains two important files, namely eVoodoo.cpl and Glide3x.dll. Both can either go in the System32 folder (for 2000/XP, or System for Win9x I believe) directory of windows or the emulator directory (easier).

-The Glide plugin goes in the plugin folder of your emulator.
Can be found here:

http://www.emuxhaven.net/~glide64/downloads.htm

-After following these steps, simply choose Glide64 in the plugin config and it will work.

Thanks, that got the plugin working. Having some problems with the plugin, but it works ok.
Edit: It is possible for the colors of the hearts to show / time to display properly right?
