heh... sorry about that. No, I've tried running it from 800x600 to 1280x1024, both in window and full screen mode, but nothing. I have a P4 1.5GHz, GF3, SoundBlaster Live!, 768MBs RDRam... and that's about it I guess. Well I'm guessing this is not a common problem. Damn... if Nglide would work with all games... it looks so pretty.

Try using glN64, Glide 0.42 with eVoodoo 3.99 beta, or Rice's Daedulus 5.1.0. You know what, also try asking this question ( with your specs and more detail ) at emutalk.net. They know EVERYTHING about N64 emulation, trust me. Unless more people post here in this thread. Can you explain with a little more detail and maybe a screenshot?

Well alot of the textures in the games are pixelated. Look, this is a pic from F-Zero, see how the ground looks, and the numbers where the countdown is... well before it looked all nice and didn't have any problems, but now the track is pixelated and all the numbers too... and this happens on all games...

Re: Problems with Jabo's D3D6 1.5.1
EDIT: Sorry about that, i guess you doo need to drag and drop.
Yes, those pixals are correct. Either try a different plugin, enable AA ( if you have it ) or live with it. Have you asked the N64 emu masters at emutalk yet? |

nah, they are not correct... they aren't supposed to be in every game. And I have 8xFSAA and 16xAnisotropic filtering enabled already. Well thanks for your help, I just went back to 1.5 instead and it got fixed.
Here take a look at it, this is how it's supposed to look. Not like it did before. remember drag and drop http://erickh2.50megs.com/pj64pix1.JPG Last edited by ErickH2; September 14th, 2003 at 15:53. |

Re: Problems with Jabo's D3D6 1.5.1
Yeah, ok, i see the difference. At least 1.5 works. If you want it smoother, i would recommend Rice's Dauedulus 5.1.0 or glN64() and enable 2xSaI. Makes it look really nice.
BTW, what theme are you using? It looks damn nice And the background, what are you using for that ( i see the media player and K++ )

very nice heh?
I'm using DesktopX and I set it up myself, very cool right? Here take a look at how it looks. Oh and that little cube, spins! It's very useful, instead of having a desktop full of icons. Sorry for the bad quality of the pics... but I had to uninstall Photoshop cause I was having problems with it, and haven't gotten to reinstall it. So I used MSPaint for them... very bad quality... drag and drop! http://erickh2.50megs.com/desktopX.JPG |
