PJ 64 problems.

Ok this really really sucks. When I start up a rom, the mouse freezes, and if that doesn't happen then the mouse just doesn't work at all when clicking. It was working fine earlier today so I'm quite mad. Exactly what happens is I start the rom, and the mouse centers in the middle of the PJ64 screen. I'm sure that has something to do with it but I don't know what. 1964 works fine but I want my PJ64 back!

Edit now it's just freezing the mouse. Before it was letting the mouse move but not click. not just that window though, couldn't switch to another window for example. BTW I have a Intellimouse Optical if that helps.
