I use Project64 1.5 for my N64 Emulation and own a GF4. But i saw in the GPU Config is a field called "anisotropic filtering", but its grayed out. Before i had a GF2MX and used the Drivers from Hercules and i was able to enable it. But with nVidia's Drivers it's greyed out And now with the GF4 it's also grayed out , i use reference drivers version 29.42.Can someone help me please? |

It's a bug of some sort. Probably in the drivers, possibly in the plugin. There are also some other graphics issues that GF3 and GF4 owners are experiencing. Anisotropic filtering can still be enabled via a tweaking prog.

The lack of anisotropy (in the GUI) is a small matter. It's issues like what you see below that bother me. GF3's and GF4's are affected for some reason. There is a work-around of course, but it's not perfect in every game. At least the problem is limited to Jabo's plugin. With plugin development proceeding at the current, feverish pace, we won't have to worry much longer. ![]() *P.S. Selle, if you experience problems like below (and you will in some games), check "force depth enable."
