Good Settings

Well, I'm an idiot, so I accidentally erased Project 64 off my PC, so now all my settings are wierd. Can anyone give me their settings/plugins so that I can get back on my feet? Oh, and PC performance isn't a problem, check my sig, so I'm looking for max speed, etc. Thanks in advance.
