Resident Evil 2

Ok heres my problem. I had resident evil 2 working very well except for sum flickering. Other than that it was full speed. After I updated my directx though, the game will not work. The frame rate drops right down to eleven and no pictures display. Also if I load a save state that I had before, the state loads fine with full speed but when I move leon and the camera angle changes,he disappears and the emulator freezes. How do I get resident evil 2 back to normal?

Actually I've reupdated my directx twice. First with the March 2009 update and then the August 2009 update. So what could the problem be?

I know hibird fixes the problem with flickering, But i have no idear what the dirextx has done to your system, But what windows you are using?

Are you running the project64 emulator?

If you have a good graphics card like nvidia or somethink else
