Majoras mask fps problem

Hey, I recently got majoras mask but there is a few problems, The fps is good, some of the times, It usually stays between 55-63 fps, but when i take action, it slows to about 43-50 and on day two when it rains out, my fps stays at 43...And the graphics are okay but, they are a little strong

My pc specs are as follows

graphics card-sis mirage 3 graphics
Os- Vista home premium
System- Acer Aspire M1610 X86 based PC
Processer- intel pentium dual processor CPU E2140 @ 1.60GHz, 1600 Mhz,2 cores, logic prossesors
RAM - 1.00 gb

My p64 specs as follows

Video card- sis mirage 3 graphics
rendering device- Jabo's direct 3D6 1.6

Audio- jabos 1.6

use jabo dx6, but don't expect miracles

What is jabo dx6?
Is my pc strong enough?

Not good enough, sorry. E2140 can be overclocked until 3.2GHz, but using a DualCore 1.6 is not as good as Pentium 4 at 3Ghz. Also you are not using ATI or Nvidia video cards, those are the good one

Oh, My p64 doesn't have that, were can I get that? And is there anyways I could increase the useability of my pc?

then you got the emulator from an illegitimate source. get it from the emulators site pj64-emu.com

Okay, thanks, will the emulator ever run at full speed? Like at 55-60 fps?

on a sis mirage?
unlikely with the Dx8 plugin.
