Lost Save State!?

OK.
I've been playing OoT (U) (1.0) with 1.7.0.49 and I saved my game before I exited out of the window last time I played it. After about 20 minutes, I went back to play it, and my save state was gone! All that left was my .sra file. The directory is the "Save" folder, and I checked if my Anti-virus deleted it. It was compressed (.zip), and I definitely did not delete it myself. I checked the recycle bin as well. I am so confused. Anyone know how this could happen?
I really also need help on how to get it back, if you can please.
