Majora's Mask problem: Hidden items not appearing with lens of truth

I've been playing Majora's Mask recently and i've just gotten to the Mountain area, but it's been a bit difficult because nothing shows up when i use the lens of truth.

Here is a pic of where there is supposed to be ladders, only visible with the lens of truth, but its as if they don't exist:

I'm using the Glide64 Napalm public release 1.0, with no problems except this. Any help?

Lenth of Truth for Zelda MM was broken in previous release. I finally found time to fix it. Also this release contains fixes for Beetle Adventure Racing, Mortal Kombat 4, PGA European Tour and may be others.

*removed*

replace the plugin and wrapper file and enable FBO (FrameBuffer Obects) in the advanced wrapper settings.

PJ64 crashes when i go to open "wrapper settings" under "other" on the config tab

Can you download mudlords GLtest app and post a screenshot and textdump of the output.
