Smile A question regarding Banjo Kazooie.

Hi there,

I apologize if this comes across as a stupid question, but I was just wondering if someone could explain this to me.

Is project 64 better at rendering graphics than the actual console? Because when playing BK on cartridge, there is a noticeable framerate drop in certain places, such as the Gobi area. Everything slows down slightly, and the graphics go more blurry. Is this an issue with my console or just my crap tv? Because on the emulator, it runs much smoother in that area with no slow down, and the graphics appear to be a bit smoother as well.

I really don't know much about this sort of stuff and would appreciate if someone explained.

Thanks!

The emulator usually slows down in the same places as a Console, though there are some tweaks available which negate this (such as counter factor)

Especially, in graphics card enhancements. PC Graphics cards nowadays outshine the N64's former built-in Graphics silicon chip.
