Pj64 application

When I close Pj64 the application always stays open and keeps my cpu in use, and the only way to stop it is to manually close it in my windows task manager. Anyway to fix this? It's not really a big deal, just annoying.

Its an environment bug, and not specifically a fault in PJ64 (usually related to the video plugin used)
