ISS 2000 problems

Does anyone managed to run ISS 2000 with P64 ? It has lots of problems, from not being able to see the bottom of the screen, and even worse, the game crashes (freezes) in most modes one second after kickoff or the ball is put in play... this means I can, at best, play in the "RPG" part of the carreer mode and in the training.

I am not at all familiarized with the emulating options inside more advanced consoles (N64 and PSX), so this might just be some mixed-up configuration with the plug-ins... just for the record, I have a PIII800, Riva TNT2 32 mb card and 128 mb RAM, with the sound plugin turned off.
