SOLVED! Megaman Legends 2; Flashing Screen.

Megaman Legends 2 Flashing Screen.

When I enter battle maps, the screen starts flashing.
During the 'fire' scene on the flutter, it was flashing red.
At the church (outside and inside), a bar of color appeared on the left side of the screen and began rapidly cycling colors. Then the Color expanded to fill the whole screen causing flashes of color that would trigger epileptic seizures. This continues on and on and on. Sometimes it only flashes green. Sometimes it flashes many colors.

...nevermind it was just a cheat that was causing it. Note, using infinite digger time outside of digger test can be a risk to your health
