Need help with getting a better video / text slightly choppy on a New PC AMD64x2

I have games running however I wanted to know what the best settings were for my current PC's specs. The text seems choppy, video seems to have a slightly scrolling line.. I have a pretty NEW PC here are my PC's specs ::

1 gig of ram
windows xp
AMD 64 X2 Dual Core
ati raideon express 200
2ghz
screen resolution 1280x1024* im pretty sure

current epsxe settings:
Plugin: Pete's OpenGL2 Driver 2.6

Maybe your video card is causing lag. Try reducing the resolution.

What game are you trying to run? also turn off shader effects.

I'm trying to run any game.. the text instead of being crisp white its a bit choppy and slightly pixelated

It seems Pete's OGL2 is not at its ease with integrated cards. I'll suggest you to try Pete's OGL 1.76, a plugin you'll find here.Also welcome to NGemu forums dude.
