PHB seems to be a picture file, The BIN is just a regular disc image,
It should require a CUE though, which seems missing. Nuff said.

homebrewers sometimes use the .PBP filetype for programming the PSP system for their own uses. PBP is not only update data, but also the data required to start up a UMD game, PSP game demo, or a homebrew application
Quote:
Firmware update image file used for updating the firmware of the Sony Playstation Portable (PSP); commonly used to install game demos on the PSP, but can also be used for installing homebrew games and applications; sometimes used to modify or hack the PSP; typically named "EBOOT.PBP."
Unless I'm horribly wrong, it would not work with ePSXe. End.
There are 2 windows programs that can open PBP files, but thats homebrew stuff, Google is your friend.

The moral of the story here is

JUST PUT THE CD IN THE DRIVE AND RIP IT

and if you don't own it, well go buy it, you want to play it so it must be worth something to you.
