Xmen vs. Streetfighter jittery gameplay

when i try to run a game (xmen vs street fighter) its really jittery, video and sound
im running epsxe 1.5.2
my config:

edit btw, im clicking run>iso>selecting the .BIN file

Hello purplegreendave and welcome to Emuforums.

As "XMen vs Street fighter" is a 2D game, I suggest you to use P.E.Op.S. GPU plugin. For sound take Eternal SPU (you'll find it with the same link).

Next time you make a thread, please make a more descriptive title. You're under Problems with Games and your thread title is "cant [sic] run game properly..." That's what the entire forum is for!

Anyway, another good solution for 2D games is pSX emulator.

speaking of which, I noticed I must have about the most pSX unfriendly PS games library in existence. I think more than half of the games I have are actually not working on it, and that's after having initially good results with testing =P
ah well... (not meant as a complaint, btw)

Ha, well you do like unusual games

All the games I've tried on it seem to work, but I've only tried really mainstream ones like Driver, MGS, etc. I should talk to the author and see if he'll add in support to make the Xbox 360 controller's vibration work
