ridge racer with wheel

is any way to play games like ridge racer (with no analog stick enabled) with a wheel?. I remember in playstation when you tray to play in analog with the analog stick didn´t work but if you connected a real playstation wheel it did. Thanks

For that all you need to do is get a Computer racing wheel (I presume you have one). And just set the Analog stick to the wheel. Also make sure you have a button to turn the analog on/off.

yes i do that and works with 75% of games. The problem is that some games like ridge racer where made before analog stick borns and is impossible to do this trick with them.

Pretty much impossible, because they have digital support. You're either full right or full left.

Some of those games do have support for negcon or jogcon, but as far as I know, you can't use those with any emulator.

So just to clarify, if a Ridge Racer game supports the NeGcon, then will it support a PC wheel in epsxe?

Not in epsxe, but in PSXeven:

Steering wheel in Gran Turismo 2

edit: epsxe 1.7.0 supports negcon.

Try it out. It's a brand new feature--why don't you be the one to find out?
