PSX Game problem

I finally got my emulator to work and the game works but the speed of the game is going like 100 miles an hour, and the music too....is there anyway to slow it down to the normal speed like it is supposed to be at???

enable Use FPS Limit, and right next to that should be auto or you can put in a 60 for NTSC or 50 for PAL games.
