FF9 opcode error

I've looked everywhere for answer to this, i read the faq about problems aswell and about opcode errors but all it said was to try a new graphics plugin (i did) try a new emulator ( i tried four) or make an iso, it was an iso anyway. On FF9 disc two when you save dagger (garnet) from them two clowns and you go upstairs and fight beatrix, after you win the fat queen comes in and tells the clowns to kill you, the clowns call that giant dog in and it always crashes there. on every emulator i tried, epsxe and epsxe 152,
psxeven and psx 1.8 (or is it psxfin?) on epsxe it said it was an opcode error. i've beat beatrix about 10 times now, it's getting kinda annoying. I'll put my memcard data so you can see if it crashes after you beat beatrix. thanks.

Might be a problem with the ISO, that is why it says that you need to make or re-make one.
