Megaman Legends 2 sound issue.

In the FMVs, all the voices are ahead of the animation. This tends to accumulate as the scene goes on, until by the end the animation is a line or two behind. I know that this issue has been brought up plenty of times before, and I've searched and searched the site...but nothing has worked. I have tried P.E.O.P's plugin, with it's auto-detect feature, but that has not worked. Instead, I tried bunnybunny's using Eternal SPU, and changing the audio output to timer with a buffer of 128. But that did not work either. I tried using SPUasync with a buffer of 32 like...somebody suggested. But that didn't work either. AND, I have tried all of these things whilst running the thing both as an iso, and as a mounted image. Just to see if there might be a difference. I tried a different emulator this morning, PSXeven, and I got nuttin' but a black screen, using the same settings and drivers as ePSXe. Nothing that I've tried works. I have attached a screenie of my current audio settings....any help would be appreciated greatly. (please don't tell me I have a bad hack...) I am currently using ePSXe 1.5.2. I have tried 1.6, but to no avail.
