Try one of the other audio drivers, as that solved my problem, im using Eternal SPU Plugin 1.41 and when that doesnt seem to work i switch to ePSXe SPU core 1.5.2,

i'd recommend Eternal 1.41, although Pete's Dsound is good too

on-board sound is soundmax digital audio..but i am starting to think that the problem is not in the sound..My game is running kinda slow,so maybe its the problem in that?(i am using pete's openGL2 driver 2.7)Also,when i save the game
and exit epsxe the save file dissapears, that happens with both in-game save and epsxe save.. thx for trying to help me

Dont save normaly, there could be a read/write error to the mem cards, or there not selected, just do the F1 for save, F3 for load, and F2 to change save slot, Max 5 per game.

Erm.
It just not really that to it.
The exact solution to it is by File--->Exit. Do not press the close (X) on the upper-right corner of the ePSXe GUI window.
