Question FF9 Screen Cut Off

While running FF9, the bottom of my screen is cutoff, any ideas on how to fix that?

ePSXe 1.5.2
Gots Radeon X800XL
Using OpenGL2 Driver 2.8

Resolution/Color:
- 640 x 480/ 800 x 600
- Internal X resolution: 1
- Internal Y resolution: 2
- Keep psx aspect ratio: 0
- No render-to-texture: 0

- Filtering: 0
- Hi-Res textures: 0
- TexWin pixel shader: on
- VRam size: 0 (AutoDetect)

Framerate:
- FPS limitation: on
- Frame skipping: off
- FPS limit: Auto

Compatibility:
- Offscreen drawing: 1
- Framebuffer effects: 3
- Framebuffer uploads: 1

Misc:
- Scanlines: off
- Mdec filter: on
- Screen filtering: on
- Shader effects: off

- Flicker-fix border size: 1

- Game fixes: off [00000000]

Oh you were talking about that,
Under stretching mode put: 0:strech to full window size.

I have Final Fantasy IX working all right, here is my config, you can compare it
with yours and maybe fix that bug:

i even tried copying your config, still didn't work
maybe i'll try opengl (one)
any perferable configurations?

all i can say is opengl works fine without the cutoff but it's not as smooth and good looking like opengl2
i guess i'll just run opengl2 and try to ignore the minor cutoff

Final fantasy IX works totally normal to me.Try to copy my configurations from OpenGL2

mess with flicker fix border size? should be 0.

you can also try playing with the internal X and Y....you can put them both to 2 or higher

ultramojones, i apologize for the internal X and Y comment, i thought you had the 1xxxx card. those settings are fine where they're at.

does it happen when you change the resolution? does it matter if it's fullscreen or windowed?

I realize you are using ePSXe 1.5.2. Check special game fixes in the OpenGL2 config, go into the special game fixes menu and check odd/even bit hack. I don't know if it will do anything, but the description says its needed by ePSXe 1.5.2 and older.
