FFVII Issues. . .
A lot of the sounds in this game are not working, for example, when Tifa punches an enemy, i get a rather annoying beeping noise instead of the usual *punching* noise i am supposed to hear. Also, anytime i enter a battle, i do not see all the swirls, instead, the game kinda freezes, and enters the battle. But, these are minor issues i have overlooked just becuase i enjoy playing this game and getting into the storyline. My biggest issue, is the fact that i cannot proceed any further. I am on disc 2 at the part right before the CG cinema when Shinra desperately attempts to blast away Weopon with their giant cannon. Heidegger barks out the orders, and moves infront of the cannon, and teh game stops there, the music continues playing flawlessly, but, no matter what I do or how long i wait, nothing happens. can anyone help? and if it makes a difference, I am running the ISO image of the game, not the CD. and my configuration is
BIOS - SCPH 1001 Video - Pete's DX6 D3D Driver 1.75 Sound - ePSXe SPU core 1.5.2 if anyone can tell me what is wrong, please do so. and if i need to download some different plug-ins. save me some heart ache and just give me a link. thx |

Try to run the game from cd, if it works then remake the iso.

try using peops software GPU, and dont load off save states. and like Shendo said, if you're having a problem with an ISO, try off CD. if you're having a CD problem, try an ISO. |
