problems w/ PEC

ok i set my gfx plugin to the PEC one, then i selected my real gfx's plugin , then i loaded the game and the cheats didnt work, any help?

Did you click "Send cheats to plugin" after selecting them?

yea, now everytime, i enter the game, the screen is all green, but i can hear the game music
