Question What's the absolute best video settings with Pete's OpenGL 1.76?

Hello,

I have ePSXe 1.6.0 along with Pete's PSX OpenGL 1.76 video plugin. What are the absolute best video settings to make most games look the best possible?

Also wich sound plugin is the best? I wan't the sound to be near like when I play on my PSX system if possible.

Here's my PC specs:

AMD Athlon 64 3500+
1024Mb DDR400
GeForce 6600 GT 128Mb PCI-E
250Gb SATA HD

Thanks a lot!

well like has already been said, different games need different things. also, since you have a 6600, i'd recommend using OGL2. in fact, you might want to switch between OGL, OGL2, and peops software in all your games.

as a basic rule, the "nice" preset will do you very well. in OGL2, set internal X and Y to "2 - Very High" and you should be pretty much set. max out the AA if you're using OGL, and never use AA if you're using OGL2. never use AF ever in PSX emulation.

if you give specific examples of what game(s) you'd like to play, we'll be able to help you better.
