ff7 not working, might not be game im so confused

im new with the whole psx emu scene, and im trying to play ff7 (from CD) using psxe and delta to configure the best settings for the game

the problem is the "Sony Computer Enertainment America" black screen comes up, and then nothing happens (basically it freezes at that screen)

im using the plugins that were said to be most compatable, i have no idea whats wrong, any advice? please?

wait a minute, it does seem to be working but it is going EXTREMELY slow, so slow i thought it froze...heh, any tips?

yeah its probably the cd or video plugins can you please post your system specs.
and what plugins you are using

yeah, that happens, even for me. just wait it out until it passes that part (and you get to the FMV or the new game screen). yeah, its lame. at my normal settings, i get like 30 something FPS at that beginning part. i have no idea why.

yeah then ff7 must like me then cause it works fine with me all the time except for disk 2 when i stick the key in it freezes but i thinks its the cd

FF9 Was The Best Ever on PS1 just look at the graphics in FMV's arent they the best for PS1
