FFT shop problem

Well, ive had a minor problem that occurs when I am in the shop. I go to buy and then go right or left and the game freezes. I usually could press cancel and it would be fine but now the screen goes black and the entire computer freezes! I use epsxe 1.6.0 and petes opengl 1.76 and i also run fft off of an iso. Any ideas?

what did you make the ISO with? perhaps its corrupted. see if you can work it off the CD, or try cleaning the disc and remaking the ISO.

especially important are the differnet emulator/software GPU/no save states stuff...you did that?

I suggest running in window mode first.
Is there any sound emitting from the speakers when the game is jammed? Does it continue its music or stutter there?

Well I made the ISO with Alcohol 120%. And ive tried running off of the disc, which is pristine, and i never use save states. The music does continue/stutter sometimes but other times it doesnt.
