Can someone please attach a screen shot of EXACTLY what I'm supposed to change in my video section? I've tried changing a few things that people have suggested and it still isn't working.

Wavey underwater scenes. Regina is not there. Or every time I take a step, I get a new Regina, so I end up with like 5 of her. Things like that. Mostly wavey underwater scenes with no Regina.

I own this game, so I can help. Zip up your memcard file and post the zip. I'll see if I can reproduce and fix your problem, provided you're playing from non-warez.

I know there was a time on this board where someone else was having this problem, and someone sent them the info for the video configuration on what needs to be changed.

Isn't there anyone out there that can do this again?
