When i start ePsxe160 display black window

I have a problem with ePSxe 160.When i try to run ISO file ( Crash Bandecoot 3) emulator is going to start, but than display black window and all stop.
I put on recommended file:
-Pete's OpenGL2 Driver 2.5 (gforce 4)
-Null2's Audio Driver 1.3
-ePSXe CDR WNT/W2K core 1.5.2.
-EPSXE160\bios\SCPH1001.bin
Did i something wrong?

Yes.
Change your audio plugin to Eternal's on my sig below.

Use the nice setting for Pete's OGL (Note that you are using Pete's OGL2. Change it to Pete's OGL Plugin.)
