Getting Games To Work??

Whenever i try to get a game to work, it comes up with what seems to be the loading screen, then stops on the screen that sorta looks like:
_______________
Sony
Playstation

SCEA tm
________________

and then the game freezes.. i have downloaded all new bios and video drivers, and have tried multiple different ones.. please help me, i cant play any type of games... ISO, Bin, Burned or real ones. (and i even tested my bios file.. and it said it was a valid bios file)
