Final Fantasy Tactics problem

I'm trying to play my copy of ff tactics from an iso file. The cd from which I made the file was a-ok. The game loads up, but, no matter what buttons I press, the game does not respond.

What could the problem be? I've been able to play my iso versions of Grandia, FFVIII, and both Lunars without a problem.

Here are my settings:

(I don't know the reason....preference?)

(Turn on hi-res....produces better effects)

(Do you really turn OFF your fixes?)
