How to configure?

Hey guys II need some help how configure epsxe for play Parasite Eve2 my Pc is amd duron 1,0 ghz, 256 mb ram , and the video card is geforce 4 mx 64 mb , but i cant configure epsxe right everytime i got some error no voice, no sound ,no music, video error if someone can help me i thanks!

It would be helpful if you posted the error message. As for the sound, go into Config->Sound and enable the top 3 boxes. What video plugin are you using?
