problem with resident evil 3

the game starts up fine but whenever a cutscene happens everything goes by superfast and theres no sound and whenever there is dialouge i cant hear anything being said

Make sure the top 3 options in the sound configuration (Config->Sound) are checked. Do you have PC FPS Calculation turned on in Pete's video plugins?

i cant find pc fps calculation

im use petes opengl driver 1.75

It's in the game fixes subsection. What do you have the FPS limiter set to?

turn FPS limitation ON and to auto. and frame skipping off.

I also don't hear any sounds/voices in cutscenes in RE3...
