FFIX Save Files

I managed to delete my memory card file for FFIX. Does anyone know of a place where there are a reliable set of saves to download, or does anyone have one one Disk 3, just as you receive Hilda Garde 3, better yet before any of the Chocobo side quest has been done, though just a save would be good?

you can check out www.gamefaqs.com ....man losing all your progress sucks. try to use some unerase type tool to get it back? that might be a better bet.
