Final Fantasy IX NTSC

I have the NTSC version of FF IX, for a European computer. If I use an emulator for the NTSC- verion, can I still play the game on my Pal computer?

The computers aren't pal or ntsc that only works with TV's. How did you get an NTSC FFIX if you live in Europe?

I got it from someone, and it's secondhand..

heh, there's no such thing as a PAL computer

PAL is for TVs and such, not computer monitors.

Pal computers... lo. My computer is my PAL... get it as in pal=buddy. Ok so it's not that funny.
