First create a shortcut to epsxe, then right click on it and click properties. You will notice the target box.
For example, mine is: "D:\Emulation\PSX\ePSXe 152\ePSXe.exe" to add commands to it you would add a -(command here) EX: "D:\Emulation\PSX\ePSXe 152\ePSXe.exe" -command -command -command

Here's my (bad) definition
.A command line is a small line of text that you add when you open the program. It makes the program run a certain way (like -slowboot displays the Sony logo and PlayStation logo when you run a game). I'm not familiar with the whole list of ePSXe command line switches as I don't use any other except for -slowboot and some were disabled with 1.6.0. A command line switch should look like this: "C:\ePSXe\ePSXe.exe" -slowboot To add it, make a shortcut of ePSXe (if you haven't already), right click the shortcut and go to Properties, and add the command line into the Target box so it looks like the one above. Hope this helps .Edit: Bah, Reich beat me .

Another method to applying command line options is via an epsxe frontend, such as my delta frontend or pete's epsxecutor.
