Angry Wobbly graphics!

I have noticed that on driving games in particular, the graphics are wobbly(sp?), like they are not solid. I just got "Driver 2: The Wheelman is Back" and it's really bad in this game. Like you could see the buildings and the cars wobble, I don't know how to explain it. It's like the buildings are made of cloth which gets blown by the wind lol.

I have eSPXe v152
GPU: PeteOpenGL2
Set the resolution at 1024x768, maybe I need to set some other options correctly?

PC specs:

800Mhz
GeForce FX5200 128mb (good drivers)
256mb ram

Please help, thanks!

This is a limitation of the 3D capabilities of the PSX. This cannot be solved but can be made slightly tolerable by turning the resolution down.

The psx lacks the z-buffer and it makes the games look like it. In a tv is hardly noticeable and the resolution has nothing to do with it. Just bare with it
