This game,it stops at a certain part and won't let me procide .Which plugin do I use?

N/M I found out the plugin but,what configuration settings do I use?
Retarded things are happening example:

I beat the 1st level in the "Rob The Bank".It works but when I go to the level 2 of "Rob The Bank"There is a big police truck thing and I tell my servebot to tip it over and I help explode it(I can post a picture up here if you want to see)And,I proceed and it goes to a black screen :cuss2:

Glad you found the plugin, but i'm wondering how do you expect us to help you if you don't tell us wich one it is. You should also post your current configs.

Is the disc scratched? Try making an ISO of the game. Try turning off PSX aspect ratio and set the window size to something more normal like 640x480.

Edit: Turn on the frame limiter and either set it to 60 FPS for NTSC, 50 for PAL, or Auto.
