Final Fantasy IX Gameplay N Video Problem

Hello everyone,
I have been using ePSXe for a while now and I ran into this problem with FF IX. I got to the Village of Dali and at the video where theh cargo ship is taking off and the camera angle pans around the ship, when its about to show the characters in gameplay display in the video, you know what I mean, the video will freeze in place. Any suggestions?
