Game speed

Im new to thse forums and Im sure this has probably been asked 200 times. I am trying to play Xenogears on ePSXe. It seems ok but it runs WAY too fast. I saw something about restricting frame rates but it didnt work. please help.

Indeed the question has been answered more than 200 times, and in fact, it has been answered in the FAQs that come the GPU plugins. So instead of starting a new thread like this, why didn't you just spend some time to look for the answer?
