FF7 Problem

Ive tried everything to fix this problem. See the attached picture

My computer is a
600 mhz intel celeron
128 megs
Intel Integrated Graphics
Windows 98

I use an ISO cd image file to run FF7
FF7 works untill I get to the battle screen and I can't see the options.
I use Pete's DX6 D3D Driver 1.75 - video
P.E. Op.s DSound Audio Driver 1.8 - sound
ePSXe CDR ASPI core 1.5.2 - cdrom

The exact same problem ocurres in my other computers.
My video pluggin setting:

The soloution for that problem is also in the plugin readmes. Not to mention about 500 or so threads on this very site.

yikes 16.6 FPS on low settings...you might not even be able to get it up and running with Intel graphics. your best bet is to upgrade your Intel drivers and turn up offscreen drawing
